Our installation team conducts a site survey to help identify installation challenges well before your installation date.

Hard-to-reach places, ceiling restrictions, small doorways, stairs and elevators, and location installation timing parameters. We can find creative ways to avoid any potential challenges with your installation with this information.

Arcade Financing Options:

We want to make sure you can troubleshoot any equipment issues your games have so you can keep them running. We can provide technical training through BTU so you can handle equipment issues when they arise.

Custom Arcade Parts Packages:

Zero shipping costs as all parts will be consolidated by Betson and shipped to you on our freight account. Zero downtime for your machine as those necessary parts and refills will be on-hand.

Phase Three – Optimization

Periodic Performance Reviews:

Our job isn’t done after the grand opening. As your partner, we want to ensure your location continues operating profitably. Our periodic reviews of game room performance include game selection, price per play, and ticket settings to maximize profits and customer experience.
